THE VERY BEST IN ATLANTA

This is the second home we have bought/sold using the Page Morgan team. I even recommended/trusted them to my mother who was also extremely pleased. Here is why I will never hire anyone else: When you sign with a realtor from their team, you dont just get a realtor, you get an entire team of specialist working on your behalf. Andrew Morgan was our realtor. He was fantastic at both the buying and selling aspect, but I will focus on the selling. We got preapproved for a new construction build, but wanted to make sure that we did not want an existing home, so we had him take us to look. We ended up making an offer and getting it accepted before our house was even listed. Andrew walked us through the process, showed us what we needed to do to our home to market it best, and was always totally honest about expectations, pricing, etc.. When we listed, we had multiple offers in the first weekend. We accepted an offer for above list price, and after about five days they backed out. Not to worry! Andrew was continuing to work in the background and had a back up offer ready to go! We were able to close on time with both our old and new house because of this. Him and his team stayed in constant contact, and were ready to help in any way they could. The Page Morgan team is in my opinion the very best in Atlanta. True professionals with the absolute best customer service. I will recommend them to my family and friends, and will not use any other agency when it is time for my family to move again.
