GRACIOUSLY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT OUR HOUSE

We used Page Morgan and her team to sell our home in Indian Hills. We started working with her the year before, as she graciously came out to look at our house and give us an idea of its value in the current market. Once we got ready to list the house, Page and her team went into action! We had completed some of the updates Page suggested, which made our home that much more attractive to potential buyers. Professional pictures were taken, and the house went on the market. We followed their advice, and we went on “vacation” for the first weekend. By Saturday afternoon, Page was negotiating with a buyers’ agent on our behalf, and we had a contract by Sunday evening!
