A GREAT GUIDE ALL ALONG THE PROCESS

Andrew Morgan & team gave us a first time home buying experience that was amazing, we never imagined that we would find a home, close, & move in (from another state!) as fast as we did. We found out we were relocating from NYC to ATL in late June, we decided that our goal was to try to get into our 1st purchased home as soon as we got to Georgia instead of renting. We contacted Andrew & let him know our intentions to fly down mid July for 2 days to look at houses. Andrew created a listing page for us that over the course of the week we cultivated together to come to our top 8 houses, one of those is now our home. Andrew knows about the area, knows about the houses & the different neighborhoods….oh, he is also hilarious! On our second walk thru he had great suggestions for functional updates to the house, many that we have or will be doing in the future. Coming from NYC where renting is the affordable norm, we had never gone thru the purchase process before, Andrew was great guide all along the process, got us what we needed & we closed in a little over 2 weeks! When we drove down from New York we had keys in hand & were able to move in straight away.
