There are three mini parks (one up north, one in the central area, and one down south) where residents can play, hang out, and enjoy the Georgia breeze. Jogging trails meander throughout Chimney Springs as well in case you want to run and gain miles.

At the heart of the community is Chimney Lake, with the clubhouse overlooking the vicinity. Located within the clubhouse complex are other amenities, such as tennis courts where you can invite neighbors and friends to friendly matches and a swimming pool for when you want to cool off on a hot day.

  • You can easily relax at one of the mini parks or down at the lake. Want to clear your mind? Go for a short run.
  • Downtown Atlanta is about a 30-minute drive away. There are several thoroughfares you can take, such as I-75 N and GA-400 N.
